In 2003 the Iota Alumni Association expected to make an allocation for the annual newsletter and anticipates further growth of the scholarship program. Alas the newsletter did not come to pass, but maybe next year.... The Legder for 2003 is presented here to provide a maintainable public record of the Iota Alumni Association's funds.
