  1. Before the IAA Application is sent in (April 30th, 2000)

    1. Sarah will talk to Dan Geist about computer account space on Harmony for the IAA
    2. Jeff will tweak the webpage:
      1. Update the Bylaws
      2. Post Minutes to web page when received
    3. Chris will make sense of his chicken typing and forward both sets of minutes to Jeff for posting
    4. Todd will go pick up his parents at the airport
    5. Matt will shoot Sarah with a V05 Spritzer

  2. Time Tables:

    1. Scholarship:
      1. Legal Details by fall, rest of issues (elligibility, etc.) by December 1st, 2000
      2. Decide/recommend set-up: Trust Fund? Other?
      3. How To Start?
      4. Where funds are coming from
      5. Legal aspects both for us and related to Georgia Tech (Contact External Affairs)

    2. Award for Graduating Iota Brothers
      1. To Parallel the A.J. Garing Award currently given by the Active Chapter to the outstanding graduating Band senior
      2. Issue Tabled

    3. Service Project:
      1. We need to get enough Alumni involvment to pull it off
      2. Get people from different areas; not just Atlanta
      3. Tack onto founder's day? - Saturday play, Sunday work?
        1. Requires advanced planning
        2. Spiritual conflicts are of concern
        3. Concerns about the length of that kind of time commitment
      4. Would it be better to seperate it for availability?
      5. Advance planning a must
      6. Core group will come from Atlanta, and then others may come year by year
      7. It MUST BE IMPORTANT!!! Make the project's benefit to the Band/Chapter clear - A humongous project
      8. Timetable?: Spring 2001
      9. Need to brainstorm as the IAA

    4. National Application Details: We are an organization that supports the Iota chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi. Any Naa member may join, but our goals are specific

    5. How Do We Get Money Other Than Dues?
      1. We've outgrown carwashes
      2. $25.00 per person time 20 members is $500.00
      3. We'd still need to bank roll the money for a while before we can operate effectively
      4. Look into fundraisers that pay individuals to surf the web. They require very little work and can add up if handled correctly.

    6. What Do We Do With The Dues?
      1. Newsletter
      2. Provide Active Chapter With Manpower
      3. Build on membership

    7. Mission Statement: A short and sweet version of our activities, but different.

    8. Chapter Delegate Assistance:
      1. Get the Active Chapter involved first; we are not here to be the only source
      2. We could supply a sent of scenarios or match the Active Chapter's contribution
      3. National Convention only, NOT District
      4. Pay the delegate's registration fee? Hotel bill?

    9. Newsletter
      1. This is to be a joint venture with the Active Chapter, NOT a replacement
      2. Priduction cost would be split between IAA and the Active Chapter
      3. We need to stress a mixed format: IAA, Active Chapter, Tech, etc.
