§ Initiate Registration Fees
Discussion Points included:

There were 8 initiates...check that 6 initiates
Allocate $120.00 to "reimburse" the new initiates their fees
Do we have that much? (...frantic search for budget and bank account information...) Yes.
$100.00 allocated previously so we'll "borrow" $20.00 from the unspecified funds to give each initiate $20.00 instead of $16.00
Cut that check!

§ April IAA Gathering
Discussion Points included:

Fireball can't make it due to Passover
IAA April Gathering Scheduled For Tuesday, 7pm, at the Howell Mill Mellow Mushroom

§ General Iota Alumni Association Meeting
Discussion Points included:

Sometime this summer?
We should try to avoid Easter Weekend (...people will have more important home-like things to do that weekend)
Also need to avoid Memorial Day Weekend
June 14th?
We could do a combination IAA General meeting/Fireball Birthday/Jessi's father-in-law Birthday/Flag Day (...or was that Flig Day...) celebration
Hold it at Fireball's House? "I could throw a cocktail party."
We'll need to vote for the 2 Member At Large positions during that time
Cobb Dave & Busters?
Actives invited? Seniors encouraged?

The 2003 General Meeting of the Iota Alumni Association Will Be Held
On Saturday, June 14th, 2003 at the Cobb County Dave & Buster's.
Actives are welcome to attend and seniors are highly encouraged to join us for the fun.
PLEASE NOTE: Alternative Beverages can not be officially served or officially consumed during the official meeting.

No membership listed at this time, but list and $$$ will be noted as following under seperate cover following the annual meeting.

It was noted that Chris Porter did a very good job with the Ritual Workshop
The active chapter is having some turmoil lately...
Brian Clements (Current Active Alumni Secretary) wants to hold another Alumni vs. Active softball game - How about holding that on June 15th?
Next BOT Meeting: On-Line on May 6th at 8:00pm (Editor's Note: Let's move that to Wednesday the 7th so that I can be there...pooh on me indeed!)
We'll try to hold an BOT meeting avery 4-6 weeks
